X1 Platform Simulator

One of my earliest long term projects, I was tasked with creating and maintaining a simulated version of Comcast’s X1 Platform. Primarily used for presentations, it was created inside Adobe Animate (previously known as Flash) using the ActionScript 3.0 language.

These presentations would be delivered as bespoke applications, where the user would be able to click through a guided walkthrough of the various menu’s and applications on the platform. Notably, this allowed for the user to go at their own leisure, with any footage playing in the background continuing on.
